15 Things to remember to help go with the flow of life

A few words from my self published book, Generational Glow: Nurturing Spaciousness & Flow in Ourselves and Others.


The 15 statements outlined below represent the chapters of my workbook. Each chapter includes reflective journaling questions and engaging activities designed to assist readers in examining their personal beliefs about subjects like relationships, forgiveness, and purpose.

  1. We are never alone, and we are always connected.
  2. There is no actual rush to life, that is an illusion. Allow yourself to slow down.
  3. People never leave us, they just switch timelines.
  4. We are always whole, in alignment, and not broken. We are just "in process."
  5. Discernment is a lifelong work of art.
  6. Our relationships all have the capacity to teach us, and be mirrors to us. We discern if there is a lesson there or not.
  7. Love is a state of being, it is who we are.
  8. Our ability to have compassion for another is endless, yet we get to decide who we give our compassion to.
  9. Our ability to forgive another is endless, yet we get to decide whom or if we forgive.
  10. Our individual perceptions are vast and unlimited.
  11. True emotional Intimacy is not perfect, it doesn't expect perfection.
  12. Our primary purpose in life is to experience love, joy, play and all the spectrum of human emotion.
  13. We are all multi passionate and multi-faceted beings, and allowed to be more then one thing in this lifetime.
  14. Our bodies are just vessels for our soul. It's allowed to be fluid and change over a lifetime.
  15. Letting go of an outcome, frees our soul to flow and be more present.
